COMMUNITY WORK
Joan of Arc Academy students contributes to the Ottawa community in many ways.
- Many of our older students provide volunteer support to our senior neighbours at West End Villa, a long-term care centre.
- The girls have taken on projects to support community groups, including knitting scarves for the Snowsuit Fund.
- They also collect food for the Ottawa Food Bank.
Our girls participate enthusiastically in fundraising activities.
Girls have often taken on special projects including raising money for relief efforts after Hurricane Jeanne, the tsunami in the Indian ocean, the terrible earthquake in Haiti and for Project Tembo.
